The deposit must be submitted at the time of booking via Zelle or Venmo and will be applied toward your service total. Zelle: ChellasStudioOfficial@gmail.com Venmo: @Shelis-Torres Cancellation & Rescheduling Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. After two no-shows, future booking privileges may be revoked. Lateness Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 15-minute grace period is provided. After that time, your appointment may need to be cancelled, rescheduled, or your nail art may be simplified to accommodate the remaining appointment time. Health & Safety The health of your natural nails will be assessed at the beginning of your appointment. If the service you’ve booked is not suitable for the condition of your nails, I’ll recommend a more appropriate service to protect the integrity of your natural nails.
